In this week’s episode, I go solo to explore a largely overlooked contributor to chronic pain: non-native electromagnetic fields (EMFs).

Drawing on clinical experience, research, and decades of observation, I explain the difference between natural (native) EMFs and the man-made EMFs produced by modern technology such as mobile phones, Bluetooth headphones, WiFi, smart watches, laptops, smart meters and other everyday devices.

I discuss why most EMF-emitting technologies have never been properly tested for long-term biological safety, and how EMFs can contribute to inflammation, oxidative stress, nervous system dysregulation and increased pain sensitivity.

I also place EMFs into a broader historical and health context, showing how patterns of chronic pain and illness have risen alongside increasing electrical and wireless exposure, before sharing practical, realistic steps you can take to reduce EMF exposure in daily life — without abandoning modern technology.

This episode is about awareness, not fear. And about empowering you to make informed choices that support pain reduction, nervous system regulation and long-term health.
