Last week I taught the first CHEK Exercise Coach course of the year in the UK.
I was really fortunate to have nine amazing students last week coming from seven different countries and six nationalities.
As always, the five days were action packed with eight sessions across the five days, plus program design homework each night and assessment practise every morning.
Each and every student did amazingly well. Some of them had little experience in the fitness industry and made huge improvements across the week. I am very proud of them all.
From the reactions of the students, I think like me, they found it hard work, but very enjoyable and educational.
